Most events have a seam in the middle: the caterer answers to one plan, the coordinator to another. When the ceremony runs fifteen minutes long, that seam is where the first course gets cold and the bar backs up.
Because we do the food and the planning, there is no seam. One team adjusts the whole evening in real time — service pace, station timing, staffing on the floor — and you never have to referee.

Consultation
We start with your date, estimated guest count, and location — the three things that shape everything else. We talk through service style, budget range, and what you want the day to feel like, then send a written quote and a scope of what we would handle.
Menu design
Our team drafts a custom menu around the season, the venue's capabilities, and your guest list, with vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options built in. Meanwhile we begin venue sourcing or vendor outreach if that is part of your scope.
Tasting
You taste the menu and we refine it together — seasoning, portions, presentation, pairings. At the same stage we lock the final headcount, staffing plan, rental counts, and the hour-by-hour timeline.
Event day
We arrive early, set the room, brief the staff, receive the vendors, and run service on the timeline. When the last guest leaves we break down, pack out, and return the rentals. You wake up with nothing to clean.

We cater and coordinate throughout greater Los Angeles, the San Fernando Valley, and the surrounding areas — from Downtown and the Westside to Pasadena, Glendale, Burbank, Sherman Oaks, Woodland Hills, and out through the Valley. If you are not sure whether your venue is in range, call and ask; travel outside the immediate area is usually workable with enough notice.
